Replaceable ads: If you purchase an Annual membership package, you can change a property to "sold" or disable an expired listing and then submit a new property ad in its place. Inactive ads are not counted as one of your package ads. 

The expiration date of all ads in an Annual membership is 12 months from the date of purchase.
