This house is nestled in the sleepy town of Frostproof located in central Florida. Fully furnished, all contents are included, laundry is in a closet near the kitchen, ceramic tile through-out the main living area, carpet in the bedrooms, front screened lanai, carport and attached golf cart shed. The first thing most people notice is the neat & well-maintained appearance of the community indicating the pride of ownership. Lily Lake Golf & RV Resort is a 55+ gated community with all the typical amenities, pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, pickle ball/tennis court, corn hole court and bocci ball. The clubhouse is where most of the activities are hosted such as cards, bingo, dinners, dances and numerous other activities and houses a library, billiards room and laundry room. You can be as involved as you like or not at all. We also have a nine-hole executive golf course in the community which is a separate business. The association fee is currently $151 per month, collected twice a year and includes basic cable, lawn mowed & trimmed and the removal of garbage.
