This house is located in central Florida in a 55+, gated, deed restricted retirement community. The current association fee is $151 per month, collected twice a year. The fee includes your lawn mowed & trimmed, basic cable and the removal of garbage for the park. We have all the typical activities, pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, bocci ball, corn hole court, tennis/pickle ball courts. The clubhouse offers dances, entertainment, dinners, cards and a multitude of activities.
