2) THE REASON THE YARD ISN'T UP TO PARE,isthe lady is almost 80 years old and her husband just passed away. He was the one who did the yard work. She is just not capable or able to take on that task!
3)THE ONLY REASON THE HOUSE IS BEING SOLD, is because the lady is all alone and needs to be with her family. She and her husband, built this house together, so there are a lot of happy memories for her here, she just wants someone else to know the happiness she has felt all these years. She also feels the need to be close to her family.
